How do I get a tax invoice for my online order?
Your confirmation email contains all the required information for tax purposes and doubles as a tax invoice.
You can save this email as a pdf, or print it if a hard copy is required.

You can place an online order as a guest, without having to create an online account.
We recommend having an account with Herschel so you can easily track your orders, view your order history and save an address book, allowing you to checkout faster.

Can I view my order history?
Yes, simply log in to your Herschel online account and you will be able to view your past purchases under 'Past Orders' on your account dashboard.
If you placed your order as a guest and created your account afterwards, your order will not appear on the dashboard.
